Role in Ecosystem:

Northern pike are a voracious predator in your pond and will eat everything including the bass.  If you are thinking about Northern pike, it is best to have a very good forage base and be willing to add to the forage population if necessary.  We only recommend a maximum of 5 Northern pike per acre.
